Therapeutic Book Club
Next Chapter Therapeutic Book Club is meant to inspire meaningful connections through reading and discussion. The goal is to combine the love of books, personal growth, and therapeutic readings into an accessible place for people to feel and do better. Led and hosted by a licensed mental health professional, the book club meets virtually on Zoom Thursdays for 4-weeks to discuss the latest book.
Reading selections are carefully made by choosing books intended to educate, inspire, and facilitate personal growth. In the same vein, groups are carefully formed by limiting the number of participants in order to foster intimacy and genuinely create a deep exploration of our subject.
Next Chapter Therapeutic Book Club is not a therapy group, but it can be a great compliment to therapy – if you’re already in treatment or looking to be part of a community of individuals interested in actively building mental health and wellness self-awareness, coping skills, and knowledge this group is for you! It’s never been easier – or more comfortable – to get to a meeting!
Join us for a journey of self-exploration.
