Free Consultation
Finding the right therapist is critical to having a successful and positive counseling journey. You should feel comfortable with your therapist. This will allow you to open up and share more freely so it is imperative that there is a good fit. This is why we offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation. The free consultation is not a counseling appointment and there is no obligation to schedule an appointment. This is purely an opportunity to make the most informed decision possible when seeking the best therapist for your counseling session. The easiest way to arrange a consultation is to do so online.
New Client Appointments
Use the button below to schedule your first appointment. You will be emailed an invitation to create an account on our HIPAA compliant client portal. Please be aware that all intake paperwork must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, or it will be rescheduled. If you have any questions or problems accessing the portal or completing this process, please contact us.
Cancellation Policy
The time scheduled for your appointment is assigned to you and you alone. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged a $75 fee.
Please note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled sessions; thus, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee. You can cancel your appointment by calling or emailing your specific therapist. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be treated like a late cancellation.
In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time; if you are late, your appointment will still end at the regularly scheduled time, and the charge will be for the full amount of the appointment fee.
If you miss three scheduled appointments within a six-month time period without cancelling or rescheduling in accordance with cancellation policy, the therapeutic relationship will be terminated and appropriate referrals to other practices will be offered.
